Our fees and charges

James Rosa Associates Ltd are a commercial firm and do charge fees. The initial consultation (for those who qualify) is without obligation and a fee will only become due should you decide to engage our services after the consultation.

When discussing the terms of engagement, all fees are fully explained and agreed in advance. Furthermore, you have the right to a 14 day cooling off period during which you can cancel and obtain a full refund without question.

We operate on a completely bespoke basis, tailoring our solution to fit the specific needs of the client. As such, fees will vary client by client depending on the nature of the case in question.

Our mediation service is extremely cost effective and we would be delighted to discuss your requirements.

A representative example would be in a case of a negotiated settlement on a personal guarantee. An engagement fee of £2,500 would be due at the start with a further 10% of the savings achieved due on completion (this is currently VAT exempt for private individuals).
