James Rosa Associates specialise in providing tailored financial reconstruction with a bespoke, firm-based approach to both individuals and businesses as well as civil and commercial mediation services.
We work together with many different professions to package a truly tailored solution for the clients’ needs. We believe that one size does not fit all, and we draw upon the respective specialisms of our partners to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service right across the board. DEDICATION – Every client will have the same Client Director throughout the whole process. No Client Director will be able to take on more than 8 new clients a month to ensure they are always available and ready to assist.
INTEGRITY – With personal experience of insolvency within the business, we understand the effects that financial difficulty has on the individual. It’s one thing to know the law, but another thing altogether to have personally lived through it.
QUALITY – By limiting the numbers of new clients we take on board, we can ensure the highest standards of quality are consistently achieved. All client cases are regularly reviewed at the highest level.
UNBIASED – As firm not owned or affiliated to any other, we have no conflicts of interest and can ensure the client is always getting quality advice and service.
