JRA recognised as a Tri Awards 2019 Finalist

    By Mr Bankruptcy

    26th November 2019

On Wednesday, 13th November we were excited to be at the Turnaround Restructuring & Insolvency (TRI) Awards in London where we were recognised for our work with a “Highly Commended” award in the Personal Debt Solution Provider of the Year category.

We are absolutely delighted to have been selected as a finalist for the second time; it means a great deal to receive such recognition from our peers and we look forward to continuing to work with our partners to help those in financial distress.

2019 – a year of recognition for James Rosa Associates

This has been a good year for James Rosa Associates as this is the second time this year we’ve been a finalist in an industry award. The previous occasion was the Collection and Customer Service Awards, for Debt Advice Provider of the Year.

The TRI awards recognise great work in the insolvency professions and our category recognised work done by organisations providing personal debt solutions.

In our James Rosa Associates blog we frequently speak about the impact debt can have on people’s lives. Unmanageable debt can reach far beyond its financial impact to take its toll on all aspects of someone’s life, with severe consequences for mental health as the stress of being in debt increases.

To be recognised for the work we do as a personal debt solution provider chimes closely with my own personal story and, I believe, reflects how we approach the support we give our clients. We do not judge clients over the situation they find themselves in, we simply offer pragmatic advice and empathetic support to help resolve debt.

A service to help clients regain control of their lives

As a personal debt solutions provider, we offer a range of debt management solutions. Each will have its merits or disadvantages, depending on personal circumstances, but we always spend time getting to know our clients to understand their situation and help curate a solution that’s right for them.

Once the approach has been agreed with the client, we support them throughout the process, working with all parties and stakeholders to achieve the best outcome possible. It’s important to us that our clients feel they’re taking back control of their debts and can see light at the end of the tunnel in the form of a debt-free life.
